Jay V. Lambke Joins Government Acquisitions' as Executive Vice President.
Cincinnati, OH December 8, 2006 – Government Acquisitions is thrilled to announce that Jay V. Lambke has joined Government Acquisitions, Inc. as Executive Vice President. In his new role, Jay will be responsible for leveraging his experience and relationships to help lead the company’s sales and growth efforts.
Mr. Lambke brings over 16 years experience leading organizations which are successfully servicing the specialized IT needs of the Government, State, Local, and Education Markets. He most recently held the position of President at Prism Point Technologies LLC, a global IT services company and GovConnection, Inc. a technology solution provider to the Government, State, Local, and Education Markets. Prior to that Mr. Lambke was Vice President and General Manager of Institutional Markets at Gateway Inc., responsible for managing $1.6 billion in annual revenue. He also served Ingram-Micro, Inc. as Vice President and General Manager of the Government and Education Division which had revenue in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Lambke began his IT career at Tech Data Corp where he launched the public sector business.
