Bob Turner Joins Government Acquisitions’ Sales Team.
Cincinnati, OH January 24, 2005 – Government Acquisitions is pleased to announce the hiring of Bob Turner. Mr. Turner joins as a Government Sales Specialist for the Army and DoD (non-uniform). He was previously employed by Standard Register Corporation (SRC) where he successfully managed the sales of the E-Procurement solution SmartWorks which he helped build major accounts in the Midwest, supporting sales representatives in nine (9) states and taking the lead on opportunities over $250,000. Prior to being employed with SRC, Bob sold capitol EDM solutions for IKON and Xerox Corporation, selling and consulting for the DoD, and other federal agencies and major accounts. In addition, he was the sales manager for domestic sales at PKWare Inc., developers of PKZip. Bob, his wife, Julie, and his son, Scott, reside in Miamisburg, Ohio and are active leaders in their church and community.
